Civic Amenity sites
There are 5 civic amenity sites in Swansea:

  • Ferry Close, Llansamlet
  • Derwen Fawr Road, Clyne
  • Phoenix Way, Gorseinon
  • Heol Gwyrosydd, Penlan
  • Danygraig Road, St Thomas

All sites are open 7 days a week between 8am – 6.30pm in summer and 8.30am – 5pm in winter.

In store battery recycling trial
You can take your old batteries to the following stores for recycling:

  • Argos, Tesco and Currys.Digital at Parc Fforest-Fach;
  • Currys and PC World at Valley Way;
  • B&Q at Morfa Retail Park;
  • Homebase at Parc Tawe North;
  • Argos on High Street; and
  • Tesco stores in Bryn-y-mor Road, Albert Row and Nantyffin Road
