Civic Amenity sites
There are 5 civic amenity sites in Swansea:
- Ferry Close, Llansamlet
- Derwen Fawr Road, Clyne
- Phoenix Way, Gorseinon
- Heol Gwyrosydd, Penlan
- Danygraig Road, St Thomas
All sites are open 7 days a week between 8am – 6.30pm in summer and 8.30am – 5pm in winter.
In store battery recycling trial
You can take your old batteries to the following stores for recycling:
- Argos, Tesco and Currys.Digital at Parc Fforest-Fach;
- Currys and PC World at Valley Way;
- B&Q at Morfa Retail Park;
- Homebase at Parc Tawe North;
- Argos on High Street; and
- Tesco stores in Bryn-y-mor Road, Albert Row and Nantyffin Road
