What assistance is available to the elderly or disabled?
If you have a neighbour, relative or friend willing to carry your recyclable materials to the kerbside that would be most helpful. However, if there is no one you should contact your Council Waste Team who may arrange with their collection crews to collect your recyclables from a prearranged location.
